Heres to hoping that 2010 brings us just as much and more of those fresh sounds that started ringing out towards the end of  ‘09. Pretty sure we’re going to see much more in the development of that ‘new’ garage sound this year from artists like Untold, Joy Orbison and Guido.

I’ve got my positive head on in 2010 so please, try not to piss me off by over using the term dubstep. A tune only has to have an ounce of bass in it and hey presto, it’s DUBSTEP!  Soon it’ll be used to describe a crusty old sock that’s been festering under a spotty fifteen year olds bed for six months. It’s wearing a tad thin. Instead, it would be nice to see a little more of music like this:

I really don’t know how (and don’t really want) to pigeon hole this sound. All I know is that it sounds like early rave music, only renewed and is probably enjoyed at it’s best whilst half naked on a beach sipping tropical cocktails. THIS WE LIKE!
