The Phenomenal Handclap Band are a collective of musicians from New York who count members of TV On The Radio amongst thier number and have recently released thier eponymous debut album of disco funk to extremely favourable reviews.
Munk is the brainchild of Mathias Modica, founder of Germany’s Gomma label who has been putting out tasty disco funk for quite a few years.
With this in mind it should be no surprise that the combination of the two is nothing short of fantastic.
