Azari & III are something of an enigma, what can I tell you about them? Well not much to be fair, they’re from Canada and the duo comprises of Dinamo Azari and Alixander Iii, and that’s it!

I first came across them on 20JFG when they previewed their track “Hungry For The Power” which is an absolute stormer and features on my Panhterslovediscotoo mix. Since then I’ve been thirsting for more and the other the day stumbled across this filthy little number.

In a time where everyone is diging out impossibly obscure Italo and disco because they’re “rare”, never mind the fact that they’re awful and no one ever played them when they were originally released, its refreshing to hear someone taking that sound and bringing it up to date. The sleazy vocal hook drives this tune along with 90’s piano house stabs cutting through the rhythm supplied buy the ridged drums and handclaps. Once you’ve been bitten by this tune its impossible to get it out of your head, so cop this link and let it wash over you and take your soul.
